Felicity has wide experience of evaluation: undertaking evaluation and visitor studies, commissioning and managing evaluation, initiating and contributing to research into museum education, peer reviewing for the Arts and Humanities Research Council and Arts Council England. She has developed self-reflexive programmes in which evaluation is undertaken by participants and those delivering the programme
