At Tate Britain Felicity turned a department unclear of its purpose into a dynamic department recognised internationally and within Tate. Managing change involved agreeing a vision and developing appropriate programming and funding strategies, restructuring budgets and teams, creating and losing posts, implementing compliant and efficient systems including performance management, staff development, evaluation and reporting, and managing complex budgets, effectively and on target.

     By harnessing and developing the ambitions of her colleagues, Felicity led the department in creating a uniquely cross cultural team, with diverse sets of knowledge and experience. The department shifted from the shadows of a great institution to helping inform its direction
