On behalf of Tate, Felicity developed a Visual Dialogues partnership in 2004 and led this national programme (continuing at 2010) with young people and five museums across England. Participants from a mix of educational, economic and cultural backgrounds collaborate with artists and commission designers to develop high- and low-tech interpretation at each museum. Evaluation reveals positive impact on the museums as well as for the participants. Visual Dialogues has enabled partner museums to develop an understanding across departments about how to ensure young people are more central to their work
